Getting better all the time!

No more fevers for anyone.  No more vomiting.  Kaylee now has diarrhea though and has a bad burn/rash already.  Didn't plan for that one as she's never had diarrhea from an illness.  I asked our guide to stop and get some cream for us, so we'll see what she comes back with.  The only thing I brought was A & D which is better than nothing, but not good enough.

Jackson didn't have any real crying today and is getting better all the time.  He slept better as well.  I took all the kids to the playroom so Andrew could shower in peace.  I put Jackson in the carrier and he put up a fuss just until we left the room.  Then he was fine.  He actually didn't want me to put him down in the playroom!  But then he was playing and interacting with every other new parent in there and ignoring me!

The kids are starting to play together now.  Bad news is that Kaylee isn't feeling good at all today and at one point I had to pry her mouth off Jackson's hand because she was biting him!  Oh, it's going to be fun--but well worth it.  I do love having all these kids and the good times far outweigh the difficult ones.  You just can't put a price on your child giving you a spontaneous hug or kiss or saying "I love you".   I'm very proud of all of them and feel so blessed.  Funny thing is that we've had 2 guides this week and both think Kaylee is my biological daughter.  Not sure if I look Asian or she looks Caucasian!

We've met many, many families here with multiple children.  The frequent scenario is an older Chinese daughter about 6 yrs old with a new baby sister.  With the wait times increasing as they have it's easy to figure that one out.  It's also easy for everyone else to figure out our kids were special needs because we have 3 that are so young.

It's a holiday on Monday here in China.  We will be learning more about it while we're here, but moon cakes are being sold by the tons.  Apparently the White Swan makes some good ones and the line to get them is never ending.   They run about $20 for a box of 6, so a bit expensive.  I told Andrew I'd like to try some for my birthday tomorrow instead of a big cake, but I'm hesitant in case we don't like them.  I heard they have a whole egg inside each one.  Interesting.
