Well thank goodness for wi-fi. It's 8:45pm in California, 10:45 in Texas, and we're sitting in LAX waiting to board our flight in a couple of hours.
We had a wonderful day with a family who just got back three weeks ago from China with a beautiful little girl. We were picked up at the airport and went to Rainfrest Cafe in Downtown Disney for lunch. We walked around for little while then went back to their house in Anaheim Hills for the remainder of the day. We really appreciated their hospitality; it made what could have been a nightmare 15 hours into something enjoyable.
Sydney has done really well considering she woke up at 4:50 this morning all by herself and has had only sporadic sleep. She slept in the car, but unfortunately we had to wake her up to go through security and she's finding it hard to go back to sleep.
This will be the last post for at least the next 24 hours as we have a 15 hr flight to Guangzhou and then we have to take an internal flight to Nanning. We'll post more when we arrive.
