So how do we manage? Well, we're doing lots of staying indoors, which isn't easy in our 1800 sq ft home :). Getting lots of use out of our Wii, playing video games, watching TV, working on school, going to summer camps, and our most fun is playing in the pool.
I don't cook in the oven at all. Instead we'll grill out and last week I even baked cookies in there which actually turned out pretty well. Lots of cold salads or sandwiches. Ice cream is also a frequent occurance!
The kids have had several camps this summer. Sydney had 3 weeks of science camp and a week of intensive dance camp, the girls have had a week of art camp, and the 3 oldest kids had 2 weeks of swim lessons. Here are some photos of those:
