Here's Jackson so proud of himself for putting on a hat and trying gloves!
He had his ear,nose, throat eval today. Good news is big plugs of wax were removed. Bad news is Jackson in only hearing at 65% which the doctor translates as "bad news for a kid"! It's like he's hearing under water. Good news is after tubes are placed in his ears he should hear normally. Surgery is scheduled in 2 weeks depending if I get the ok from the cleft palate surgeon. I was told the anesthesia should only be a mask (not even an IV is put in), but if there was an emergency and they needed to put a breathing tube in would that mess up the new palate?
The calender is sure filling up fast and the holidays will be over before we can even blink!
